Yes, we can accept HSA, HRA and FSA cards. Dietitian services related to medical care may be eligible for reimbursement with FSAs, HSAs and HRAs with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from a physician; visits relating to general health and not relating to a specific diagnosed medical condition may not be eligible. An LMN must be completed by a physician and must outline a specific diagnosis to explain how consulting a dietitian is necessary to treat a specific condition. A healthy lifestyle is not about restrictions, it’s about creating new habits. There are endless opportunities to explore health-promoting foods; Heather and Jill will work with your preferences, schedule, and individual health concerns to discover a nutrition intervention that makes the most sense for you.

People always ask, “what am I eating and how is that causing health issues?”. We believe it’s more relevant to ask “what aren’t you eating and how is that causing health issues”. Most people are not meeting the daily requirements for fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals; we strive to help our clients discover ways to include foods that provide these health promoting nutrients.

It’s very common for people to feel their best and nutrient needs to be met when beans, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and a wide variety of spices and herbs are the focus of each meal. We also find these are the foods that so many struggle to prepare in a timely and affordable way. Kailo Nutrition’s innovative culinary programs target these most common lifestyle hurdles when attempting to address health issues and achieving optimal quality of life.
