Chef Lisa Franzino
Director, Culinary Empowerment
Chef Lisa is a graduate of Living Light Culinary Institute, a Gourmet Raw Culinary School. She also holds certificates from Rouxbe Cooking School as a plant-based chef and from Drs. Rick and Karin Dina as a Science of Raw Nutrition Educator.
A lifelong vegetarian, Lisa dove deeper into healing through diet after a cancer diagnosis in her twenties. Adopting a whole food, plant-based diet, along with a regular yoga practice, has helped her stay cancer-free for almost 20 years.
It is Lisa’s firm belief that eating healthy can be easy, satisfying and most importantly, DELICIOUS. It is her passion to teach others how to create meals that are not only packed with nutrients, but also taste good, so that they can make a lifestyle shift to a healthy diet WITHOUT sacrificing flavor.

Victoria is a recent graduate from Florida State University, with a B.S. in Dietetics and a minor in
Chemistry. While at Florida State, Victoria was a part of the Student Dietetic Association and the Food Recovery Network, an organization aiming to eliminate food waste on campus. She also spent a summer abroad in Florence, Italy, taking classes related to food, culture, and art.
This next year, Victoria is returning to Italy, where she will be working towards her M.A. in Food Studies at the American University of Rome. Victoria plans to someday work in international nutrition policy, sustainable food systems, and agriculture. In this field, Victoria hopes to strengthen the relationship between people, their food, and the environment by increasing the production and consumption of organic, nutritious foods through agricultural methods that preserve and protect the environment.
Dana Lingard is currently a student at the Univeristy of North Florida pursuing a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics. Her focus is in whole food holistic healing, and she is hoping to become a plant-based dietitian after graduation. Other passions include cooking and baking vegan dishes that are not only nutritionally sound, but delicious and healthy for the planet. Only discovering veganism three years ago, Dana was immediately inspired and changed the course of her major from neuroscience to nutrition. She loves working for Kailo and opening the eyes of so many people in the Jacksonville community to the wonderful world of plant-based wellness and preventative medicine.
Eiman is currently pursuing a B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics at the University of North Florida to become a registered dietitian. She holds a Bachelor of Physical Science, which emphasized physics, chemistry and mathematics from Auburn University at Montgomery. Eiman went on to earn my Master of Public Health (MPH), which increased my awareness and exposed me to the importance of mental health, communicable diseases, and nutrition! When she discovered that she could combine my goals of working in healthcare with my passion for healthy living, Eiman knew that she wanted to pursue dietetics and is very passionate about research and the impact it may have on the elderly population. As a future public health professional and part of the Kailo team, Eiman have made conscious efforts to cultivate such passion.
